Cookie Policy

Cookies
HeartCode does not use cookies for regular visitors who build, preview, or view a HeartCode website.
HeartCode may use a session cookie for administrative functions where necessary. This cookie is used only to maintain an authenticated session for authorised site management and is not used to track visitors across websites.
Local browser storage
While you fill out a HeartCode build form, some of your answers may be temporarily stored in your browser's sessionStorage. This helps preserve your progress while moving between steps of the build process.
sessionStorage is stored locally in your browser and is normally cleared when you close the browser tab. This information is not a HeartCode account or a permanent server-side record.
Third-party services
Some third-party services used by HeartCode may use cookies or similar browser technologies as part of providing their services. For example, payment processing is handled by Paystack. Any cookies or similar technologies used by third-party services are governed by those providers' own policies.
Future changes
HeartCode may introduce additional analytics, functionality, or third-party services in the future. If this changes the way cookies or similar technologies are used on this site, this policy will be updated to reflect the change.
